changing filemanager to vifm

  1. This directory is dedicated for user-supplied scripts/executables.
  2. vifm modifies its PATH environment variable to let user run those
  3. scripts without specifying full path. All subdirectories are added
  4. as well. File in a subdirectory overrules file with the same name
  5. in parent directories. Restart might be needed to recognize files
  6. in newly created or renamed subdirectories.
